On the 12th of August throughout the entire world the UN's International Youth Day is celebrated. This year the theme is 'Green Skills for Youth: Towards a Sustainable World'. The focus is not only on responding to the global climate crisis, but also for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). And in this developing these 'green skills' are incredibly important. The UN describes green skills as "knowledge, abilities, values and attitudes needed to live in, develop and support a sustainable and resource-efficient society".
