Good afternoon, foodies! Ready for a mouth-watering blog? Read on :-)
We've just launched the series Foods you should try in Latin America, where we introduce you to the dishes our overseas siblings go crazy about. In the ① edition, we talk about bandeja paisa, sopa paraguaya, pupusas, ceviche, and arroz con gandules. ¡Ñam-ñam!If I could eat one of these five delicacies tonight, I think I would go for pupusas, the national dish of El Salvador. Pupusas are essentially thick corn tortillas that are stuffed with various fillings like cheese, meats, and/or refried beans. Yes, I know, simple… but deliciously delicioso ♥.

If you've read the article Kolabal, Mexico you already know I'm a big fan of tacos. But there are still plenty of yummy foods I haven't had the pleasure of experiencing, so I'm open to new culinary obsessions ☠.
Without further ado, get your bib ready and let’s dig in!
