Dear Icelandic OLS Community,
Exciting news! The second edition of the OLS video contest, #OLSCommunityStories, has officially launched, and we invite you to participate! This fantastic opportunity is open for submissions until February 4th, 2024.
Are you currently using OLS to learn a new language, or have you already become a language aficionado? Are you preparing for your mobility experience, currently abroad, or recently returned? If you're a member of our OLS community, it's time to showcase your language skills and share your unique journey.
By participating, you have a chance to win one of the 10 coveted All Aboard Gift Cards, each valued at €300, which can be used to obtain an Interrail Global Pass!
To enter, all you need to do is create a short video, lasting anywhere from 1 to 3 minutes. Begin by introducing yourself, and then choose from one of the three exciting topics provided:
1. Pronunciation Challenge: Test your language skills with a fun pronunciation challenge.
2. Language Learning Anecdote: Share an amusing or enlightening anecdote from your language learning journey.
3. Motivation Spark: Reveal the secret spark that ignited your passion for learning a new language.
Once your video is ready, simply fill out the participation form. To access the webform, use the same credentials as your EU Academy account, which you use for OLS (EU Login). For video submission, you can either post it on your favorite social media platform using the hashtag #OLSCommunityStories or upload it via a file-sharing system of your choice.
