Reformation day & OLS Video contest #2
Živijo, the Slovene Learning community,
kako ste kaj, are you having fun at your mobility program in Slovenia practicing Slovene?
31 October Slovenia celebrates the birth of the Slovene language
(Reformation Day)
Since
1992, Slovenia has celebrated Reformation Day, a public holiday and a reminder
of the importance of the Slovene language. The first words in the
Slovene language were written down by Primož Trubar in 1550.
Also, the 2nd edition of the OLS video contest is out!
We are thrilled to announce that our new OLS video contest #OLSCommunityStories has been launched and will be open to submissions until 4th February 2024.
Take your chance and you may win one of the 10 All Aboard Gift Cards of the value of 300€ allowing you to get an Interrail Global Pass!
To participate, you’ll have to create a short video (from 1 to 3 minutes). You’ll be asked to quickly introduce yourself before going through one of the three proposed topics.
You’ll get to choose between a fun pronunciation challenge, telling an anecdote about your language-learning journey, or revealing the secret spark that motivated you to start learning a new language.
Once your
video is ready, you’ll have to fill in the participation form.
*For accessing the webform you will
need to insert the same credentials of your EU Academy account used for OLS (EU
Login).
