Os escribo para deciros que hemos publicado el primer videoartículo de la comunidad, en el cual no solo os explico algunas curiosidades sobre la tortilla de patatas, sino que, además, OS ENSEÑO A PREPARARLA. Dicho de otro modo, comparto con todos/as vosotros/as mi receta. Tened en cuenta que existen muchas formas de preparar la tortilla de patatas, así que no penséis que mi versión es la original, la mejor o la más auténtica. Ni mucho menos.

Tras ver el vídeo, me gustaría lanzar un desafío culinario.
Os propongo que, cuando tengáis tiempo en casa, preparéis también vosotros/as una tortilla de patatas, siguiendo más o menos la receta que hemos visto en el vídeo. De todos modos, yo no soy un purista, así que sentiros libres de añadir otras cosas a la tortilla o hacer vuestra propia versión. Una vez que tengáis la tortilla lista, tomadle una foto, publicadla en los comentarios de este tema de discusión y contadnos cómo ha sido vuestra experiencia. Luego, os pondré nota, JEJE.

After watching the video, I'd like to launch a culinary challenge.
I suggest that, when you have time at home, you also prepare a tortilla de patatas, more or less following the recipe we've seen in the video. In any case, I am not a purist, so feel free to add other things to the tortilla or create your own version. Once you have the tortilla ready, take a picture, post it in the comments of this discussion topic, and share your experience with us. Then, I'll give you a grade, HEHE.
