Today I published a blog post about some locally produced and easily available vegetables.
Here is the short form, if you want to work your vocabulary;
Cabbage - Kål
Carrot - Gulrot
Brussels Sprouts - Rosenkål
Potatoes - Poteter
Beets - Rødbeter
Parsnips - Pastinakk
Kale - Grønnkål
Leeks - Purreløk
Spinach - Spinat
I am very sure most of you have tried some of these vegetables before, but have you tried the norwegian ones?
