Did you read this weeks blog post about how the International Women’s Day is celebrated in Norway?
How is this different from you country?
E.g. In some places women, either at home or at the workplace, are given cakes, flowers or spa treatments. In Norway, however this would not be very popular. 8th of March is considered a day for fighting for rights and equality, and we therefore try to avoid things that would be considered to conform to stereotypes.
What do you think of this approach?
