Hello community,
I hope you are having a great summer!
Lately, the weather in Bulgaria has been so unpredictable. In recent years, temperatures have been significantly higher in the summer months, and in winter we see less and less snow.
Until a few years ago, in my hometown Varna, there was so much snow that me and my friends never missed making a huge snowman, and school holidays, due to bad weather conditions, were an integral part of the learning process.
At the same time, the summer season year after year surprises us with more and more unusual temperatures. Those of you who were in Bulgaria in July probably experienced the dangerous over 40 degrees heat.
A similar heat wave is expected in the coming days, and if there are students or volunteers among you who are currently in or planning to come to Bulgaria, I recommend that you be careful with the sun and drink more water.
What is the weather like in the country you come from? If you are already in Bulgaria or have been before, how do/did you cope with the temperature differences? Your shared experience may be of great benefit to someone else, so feel more than free to share your thoughts (Click on REPLY button below).
