Isn't it great to put people around you in a good mood? :)
While it looks like there are "too many consonants" the good news is that in the case of "grz" and "szcz" there are only two sounds in each. You'll be comfortable pronouncing these sounds sooner than you'd expect! Just like you said in your slogan "nigdy nie przestawaj próbować" :)
