The fall is known as Fårikål season!
Fårikål is a traditional dish consisting of two main ingredients:
Får - Sheep
and
Kål - Kale
Trust me, it is better than it sounds!

The dish requires little preparation. Just leave the two together in a pot with salt and pepper for 2-3 hours. Add boiled potatoes when done.
