Hej Allesammen,

Okay, so the objective for this exercise is to practice your writing or speaking skills by describing images related to Danish life in winter. Please see my example as a guiding point, I would like for you to find your own winter scene/picture and describe it to us in the comment section of this discussion.  

Exercise: 

Below is a picture of a classic Danish winter scene that I found. Look at the image and write 3-5 sentences in Danish to describe what you see. Use winter vocabulary from below and try to include details about the people, the weather, or the surroundings.

Example of Image Description: 

"På billedet ser vi en dansk park om vinteren. Træerne er dækket af sne, og himlen er grå. To personer går i parken og har varme jakker og tørklæder på. I baggrunden kan vi se en bænk dækket af sne. Det ser koldt, men hyggeligt ud."

• Sne (snow) 

• Vinter (winter) 

• Jakke (jacket) 

• Hue (hat) 

• Handsker (gloves) 

• Koldt (cold) 

• Park (park)
