First of all, I hope you all had amazing holidays! December is a month of spending time with your loved ones, relaxing after all the work you've done during the year, and also a time for introspection and thinking about your new year's direction.

As for myself, this year I gathered my friends and we did a vision board. All you need for this is a whiteboard, like the canvas you use to paint on, some old magazines or photos that you can download and print. The images can visually represent what you want your next year to look like.
