Hello Everyone
Fastelavn will be celebrated in Denmark on March 2, 2025, and it's a fun tradition similar to Halloween and Carnival! Children dress up in costumes and take turns hitting the barrel – a wooden barrel filled with candy. The person who knocks down the last piece is crowned Cat King or Cat Queen.
Fastelavn dates back to the Middle Ages as a feast before Lent, but today, it’s all about fun, dressing up, and, of course, delicious Fastelavn buns!
