You’ve just landed in Vilnius – new city, new studies, new people. Everything feels fresh and a little bit thrilling, right? Well, the city has a perfect welcome gift for you: its biggest annual festival, called “Vilniaus Dienos”.
When? September 5–7, 2025 (first weekend of September – basically the farewell party for summer).
Where? The very heart of Vilnius: Cathedral Square, Gediminas Avenue, Lukiškės Square, White Bridge, and along the Neris river.
What’s waiting for you? Music, food, art, sports, performances, and a brand-new “Green City Meadow” by the river – a space for creative workshops, sustainability fun, and just hanging out.
Why should you go?
Because it’s free, open to everyone, and probably the best way to dive straight into the Vilnius vibe. You’ll meet locals and other internationals, discover the city’s culture, and make those first “remember when…” Erasmus stories.
