In the Netherlands we have quite a long season where it’s grey, rainy and perfect to cozy up inside… and watch movies!
And here’s the best part: watching movies in the language you want to learn helps you improve so much faster! I’m definitely guilty of binge-watching foreign shows and thinking I instantly leveled up my language skills.
So let’s talk about our cinema habits:

My Dutch movie tip: New Kids Turbo for the, euh, experimental viewer. Soldaat van Oranje is also a classic!
