Dear all,
In this module, which you can find HERE, we’ll explore the theme of childhood memories through objects and possessions. Imagine you’re in a flat-share and your flatmate asks about a special toy or vintage object you’ve kept on your shelf. You’ll learn how to describe this object, explain why it matters to you, and share the memories it brings back.
We’ll start by reading a short text about a toy museum to discover useful words and expressions for talking about toys and past experiences. Through interactive quizzes, you’ll learn and practise new vocabulary and simple grammatical structures to describe your own objects and memories.
Finally, it will be your turn: you’ll use what you’ve learned to tell the story of one of your own treasured objects.
Feel free to ask and comment!
Warmly,
Jovanka, OLS Community Manager - Serbian
