The OLS Video Contest ‘OLSelfie’ is still open for submissions until November 21st this year!
If you haven’t submitted your video yet and are excited about the opportunity to win an Interrail Global Pass worth 300 euros, I encourage you to send it in soon!
How to participate
1. Read the rules and carefully check all eligibility criteria.
2. Create your selfie video (1 to 3 minutes) and make sure to include:
An introduction: Tell us your name, where you’re from, where you're going on mobility, and which language(s) you're learning.
One thing you like about OLS (Read the tips below!)
One thing about the language you’re learning: a fun fact, a word you like, or an expression you've learned.
Tips for point B of the assignment (i.e. your OLS experience):
What do you already know about OLS? And what have you experienced with the OLS Community? You could talk about:
An article or series on the blog that inspired you
Maybe there is a discussion topic you particularly enjoyed
Perhaps you have participated in a community live event, like a speaking session
Or you may have focused more on the language courses within a community
Possibly, your connections in the community are meaningful to you (A language buddy, a community manager, or fellow language learners on the platform)
Or perhaps you have shared your experience in a ‘My Language Learning Journey’ interview
