Are you new to Turkish? This is your chance to improve your vocabulary on different topics and win a prize!
We invite you to go through the “OLS Learn the Basics” courses to brush up on your Turkish before you start this mini-contest and participate!
How does it work?
To make good use of the vocabulary learnt via these courses, we ask you to write a postcard to a friend or family member in Turkish. You may think about writing the postcard from a place you’ve recently visited or where you’ve been on mobility. If you still have a mobility experience planned, you could also write about what you hope or imagine you might experience there.
If you’re a beginner, no worries! You may simply write a short message as well ;)
To help you get started, a postcard usually includes the following elements:
- DATE AND PLACE: the location and date you are writing from
- GREETING: Dear, Hello, etc.
- BODY: The message to the recipient
- FAREWELL: Warm wishes, See you soon, Hugs & kisses, etc.
- SIGNATURE: your name

- You can only submit a maximum of one entry via the comments.
- Everyone who participates in this mini contest has an equal chance of winning, and there will be ONE winner who will be chosen at random via raffle. The minimum number of entries to make the contest valid is 3.
