This hotel is terrible. We booked a room with air conditioner but we did not get one with it even though there were empty rooms which had it. The staff was just too lazy to give us an another room. They also did not help us carrying our luggages to the room after a long day of travel. We had to clean our own clothes despite the fact that we have paid for it during the booking process. What a rip off! When we asked them politely to return some of our money they refused it and did not elaborate. I would not recommend to stay here.
