Problem with curso B2

Hola,

I have y problem with my B2 course:

I cannot load the second and fourth part ot the course. The parts with this yellow box in front also don`t load in the following parts of the course. What can I do?

Good afternoon, Selina. I hope you had a great holiday season. I will try to help you :-)

  • What do you mean when you say that you can't load the "second and fourth part of the course?" 
  • Are you referring to modules 2 (Consumir productos locales es mejor) and 4 (¿Puedo confiar en los medios de comunicación?)? 

During these days, I have been examining and completing the courses and this has not happened to me. I have just doubled-checked with my profile, and I can access the activities you mention without any problems.

Hola Bernat,
no I meant the activity 2 and 4 in the picture. So "2. Consumo Local" and "4. ¡Ahora te toca a ti!". I click on the Resume button, then on Enter but then the page is only loading but I can't do anythink, it's just blank. I tried it seeral times the last few days. But the other two activities in the module for example can be done without any problem. But if the activities work for you, then it can't be a general problem.

Is this the problem you mention? May I ask which browser you are using?

B2 not loading

We have noticed that the platform doesn't work perfectly with all web browsers. The one that performs best is Google Chrome, with which, in theory, you shouldn't have any issues accessing the activity(ies). For now, we advise everyone to use Chrome.

Hola Bernat,

yes excatly. I was working from firefox, but I switched my browers now and it works. Thanks! :-)
