You’ve just completed the lesson, “What do I need to take on mobility?” Click the Reply button below and tell us what you like to pack in your suitcase when you travel. Do you have any items that you absolutely “can’t live without” or must-have?

Or maybe you’re an extremely minimalist packer. Meaning, you only bring the essentials and whatever else you may need, you buy once you arrive at your destination. If so, what are your key essentials to bring on your travels?

Now that you’re in your host country for your mobility program; do you have anything that you WISHED you packed in your suitcase? Or perhaps you packed too much. What do you wish that you didn’t bring in your suitcase?

Everywhere I go , I always pack my books , curling iron and my camera . I love to take pictures so my camera is very important

I take my clothes, hair straightener, make-up, toothpaste and toothbrush, shampoo and hair conditioner in my luggage

I made the backpack yesterday and I got a lot of clothes, for running and to go work too. Skincares and make up, also my laptop and all my chargers. And the most important, the documentation :)

I am very minimalist when it comes to packing a suitcase, I always pack the basics, because I don't like to make the effort of carrying heavy suitcases. :)

It seems like quite a few of you are minimalist packers! I could learn a lot from you all. I tend to overpack and then struggle with very heavy luggage. :} Hahaha!

when I travel I always bring my favorite shoes with me, to always be comfortable, a pair of headphones to listen to music and some sweets

When I travel I always wear sneakers to always be comfortable, comfortable clothes, personal hygiene items and a good book.

I can't help myself be a "maximalist" whenever I go outside. Besides my phone, wallet, and money, I bring my earphones, hand sanitizer, mask, tissues, my makeup bag,... I almost carry my house whenever I go out! :D

For any trip, I make sure to take my skincare, identification, and phone. And sunscreen is one item I absolutely can't travel without.

I'll be taking my skincare, money, and phone. I figure these days, with a phone, you can buy pretty much anything you might be short of.

When going abroad, I would take my laptop because it’s essential for studying and staying connected. I wouldn’t take any books because I enjoy listening to audiobooks for relaxing and while travelling. I have a few special objects I would like to take with me that would help me feel comfortable in a new place. One of them is a special gift from my best friend. I’d probably take a few accessories such as a watch and of course my sunglasses, because I’d be going to a sunny place!

I have several destinations on my list, I need to make a decision, but I'm sure I like sunny destinations.

When I travel, I like to pack only the essentials because I don’t want my suitcase to be too heavy. I always bring comfortable clothes, my phone charger, headphones, and a small notebook that I can’t live without. I also pack a few snacks from home because they make me feel more comfortable in a new place. Luckily, I didn’t bring too many things, but I wish I had packed one more warm sweater because the weather is colder than I expected. Traveling light makes everything easier and less stressful.

When I travel, I take my laptop because I need to continue my thesis and my work. I usually take my Italian textbook because I'm studying that language. I can't forget my headphones because I like to listen to music, and my sunglasses, especially for sunny places, or my coat for cold places.

I consider myself a minimalist packer! I would pack on mobility my essentials in my hand bag. By essentials i mean my adaptor, my hair tie, my lip gloss, also my sunglasses, some napkins, a bottle of water. In my suitcase i would consider to pack 2 types of shoes- some comfortable ones for long walks, and some for more casual context. Also i would pack a midi dress, some jeans and some t shirts.
