Taking a Strategic Approach to Gender-Conscious Investing in Your VC or Angel Organisation

In this session, you will gain insights on developing a strategy for gender-focused investing as a VC or angel group: what are the core components of an effective strategy, what KPIs, measurements, or targets can be established, and what impacts and outcomes have been achieved so far in terms of investment in women founders and in terms of portfolio performance or returns. You will learn how to include actions that can impact the level of women investors in the team or leadership opportunities, addressing key challenges in implementing a gender-focused investment strategy in either a VC organisation or angel group. Further tips and advice for VCs and angel groups on taking a strategic approach will be shared.
