European and National Policy Initiatives Supporting Gender-Focused Investment and Increasing Women Investors

In this session, you will learn how to implement specific strategies to support gender-conscious investment from both European and national levels. You will gain insights into the measures and actions being taken at the policy and practice levels to increase investment in women founders, and how these efforts are addressing key challenges and barriers for both women founders and women investors. You will also discover which initiatives are having the greatest impact, from data collection to direct actions, and what lessons have been learned so far. You will receive advice on how investment organisations and ecosystem players can take similar actions at both public and private sector levels in their own communities to achieve lasting change.
