The role of male investors as allies in supporting the implementation of a gender conscious investment approach

In this session, you will gain insights from male investors on their own experience and perspective as either angels or VCs in taking a gender-conscious investment approach. You will learn why it is important and what actions they are taking within the investment process. You will discover how they directly support women founders and women investors, and how they influence other male investors to become allies in the process. Additionally, you will hear what insights and advice they can provide to other male investors seeking to adopt a more gender-conscious approach, and how we can increase their level of investment in women founders.
