Welcome to this EFSA's self-paced training on the application process for food additives!
The course provides essential information that a food additive applicant should be aware of before submitting an application for the authorisation to place a food additive in the EU market.
No prior knowledge is needed. Each module covers the basics step by step, so the course is especially useful for SMEs and first-time applicants. To follow the course, complete the modules in order. After each one, return to the course page and open the next. You do not need to complete any quizzes to continue.
