This e-Capsule covers Regulation (EU) 650/2012 (Succession Regulation) and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 1329/2014. It outlines the rules on jurisdiction and applicable law, the role of the European Certificate of Succession (ECS), and the recognition and enforcement of court decisions and authentic instruments across the Member States.
