Since its inception, the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme has supported thousands of projects to bring innovation into education and training across Europe. The current programme for the period 2021-2027 continues to offer professional development opportunities through mobility activities and Partnerships for Cooperation to exchange innovative practices.

This self-paced course looks into the funding opportunities under the current programme for schools, from pre-school to secondary education, with a focus on two main actions:

  1. Staff and learner mobility, so-called Key Action 1 
  2. Partnerships for Cooperation, so-called Key Action 2

Public cible

The course is targeted at and freely accessible to teachers, school leaders and internationalisation coordinators who want to know more about Erasmus+ funding opportunities for their school or consortium (pre-primary to upper secondary and vocational education and training), as well as those already involved in Erasmus+ projects.

Objectifs d'apprentissage

The course will introduce the participants to the Erasmus+ Programme, what it is and how their organisation can benefit from it. As a participant, you will:

  • Discover the key elements and priorities of the new Erasmus+ Programme
  • Learn about the possibilities within Key Action 1 – Mobility
  • Learn about the possibilities within Key Action 2 – Cooperation
  • Understand the application process.
