HTAR Capacity Building Programme - eLearning Course

The Health Technology Assessment Regulation (HTAR) (EU 2021/2282) called on the EU to support voluntary cooperation between Member States in areas such as the capacity building of national HTA systems.
The HTAR Capacity Building Programme has been created to:
- build long-term capacity & expertise of EU HTA bodies, so they can execute the HTAR effectively
- enhance effective Joint Scientific Consultation (JSC) & Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA)
- develop sustainable HTA capacity in view of the expansion of health technologies covered by the regulation over the next 5 years
- prepare the HTA Community to tackle future challenges in EU healthcare
Tidsplan
It is intended primary to Assessors, Co-Assessors and national HTA Body (HTab) Staff and all the relevant EU Stakeholders interested in the EU HTA Regulation (HTAR)

- core HTA methodology
- Joint Scientific Consultation (JSC) and Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) process and procedures for medicinal products, medical devices and IVDs
- HTAR governance.
- Clinical study evaluation
- Evidence synthesis evaluation
- Scoping process and PICO consolidation
- HTAR governance, JSC/JCA procedures (MP)
- HTAR governance & JSC/JCA procedures (MDs/IVDs)
