to the Interoperable
Europe Academy (IOPEU
Academy) community space! This page is dedicated to advanced digital
skills in the area of interoperability for public administrations. The courses provided can help the digital
transformation of Public Administration and thus building and enhancing
capacities and skills. 
Interoperability allows administrations to cooperate and make public services function across territorial, sectoral and organisational boundaries, while remaining sovereign actors at all levels of government. Through educational means, IOPEU Academy is contributing to goals of the European Commission's Interoperable Europe initiative by sharing knowledge and creating a common ground of understanding.
Below you can search through various courses which will equip you with everything you need to know about interoperable eGovernment services. They are designed to support learners with basic to advanced knowledge of interoperability, as well as different interoperability aspects – legal, semantic, organisational or technical.
The courses, which are also complemented with live training sessions, are designed in the first place for the public sector and other relevant actors who have an active role in digital transformation and interoperability.
This community page is a micro-environment
for all enthusiasts of interoperability, and it benefits all, from
teachers to students. Teachers are able to reach their learners very
easily through forums and chats to inform them about the newest releases and,
as the IOPEU Academy is striving to stay relevant, about updates of courses. Apart
from the community-wide forum, separate forums are set up for different
course topics, where everyone can choose to join based on their interests. Surveys
are also added so that the members can share their feedback and vision
for the specific course and the IOPEU Academy in general. All the above will
help students stay up to date with the IOPEU Academy material and never miss
any announcements or newly published courses that could be the
ones that boost their knowledge and competences.
