This online course introduces eGovERA©, a solution developed by the European Commission based on the European Interoperability Framework (EIF) and the European Interoperability Reference Architecture (EIRA©) that provides public policy support to European public administrations. More specifically, eGovERA© entails a set of specifications to analyse and design interoperable digital public services, and collects EU policy area reference architectures and a diagnostic tool for supporting building interoperable solutions.The online course aims at providing an introduction to eGovERA©, detailing its supporting role in the digital public service lifecycle and the granularity it offers based on EIRA©.
