The WomenINvestEU Capacity-Building Programme, supported by the European Commission, is designed for women investors, both Angel and Venture Capitalists, who want to strengthen their skills and confidence in gender-conscious investing. Through three interconnected courses, you will learn from experienced investors across Europe and explore practical strategies to increase investment in women-led ventures. Each course offers short expert videos, real examples and actionable insights. Learn at your own pace, simply by watching and gaining inspiration to grow your impact.

Women investors (Angels, VCs, fund managers);
Potential investors exploring gender-conscious strategies;
Ecosystem players, intermediaries, or policymakers supporting inclusive investment;
Professionals seeking to better understand and promote gender equality in finance.

Objectifs d'apprentissage

Through the three interconnected learning themes, this programme will help you deepen your understanding of gender-conscious investing and strengthen your role in shaping a more inclusive investment landscape. You will learn how to: 1. Build and implement effective, measurable strategies and practical actions that improve outcomes for gender-focused investing across Europe, both at organisational and wider level; 2. Grow your leadership role and skills as a woman VC, GP and decision-maker, including building your potential to structure and raise capital for new women-led funds; 3. Strengthen your role as a woman Angel, build syndicates and create strong connected ecosystems to empower more women to angel invest and boost investment for women founders.
