Training of Trainers for UCPM Training Staff
Course details
The blended Training of Trainers (ToT) course is designed with the main purpose of enhancing competences of the UCPM training staff by providing or refreshing relevant knowledge, skills, and competences needed by UCPM training staff to deliver high-quality training services. The ToT will focus on key thematic areas, notably:
- The Code of conduct and Community building;
- Training design and development;
- Training delivery, performance assessment, evaluation and delivering feedback;
- Interpersonal and soft skills.
Each thematic area is related to specific competences to be developed by participants and specific learning objectives and outcomes.

Learning objectives
The main objective of the ToT are to ensure that participants can:
- Articulate the concept and methodology of the UCPM Training Programme;
- Outline the roles, functions, tasks, rights, and responsibilities of UCPM lecturers and trainers;
- Identify and use resources to update and expand their knowledge continuously;
- Enhance their identity and foster a sense of belonging within the UCPM training staff community.
