Objectives

  • Promote training on areas of EU law under constant and quick development, by focusing on strengthening a common rule of law culture among justice professionals in all EU Member States, improving the application of the Charter to domestic cases when relevant and further incorporating EU law in justice professionals’ daily practice; 
  • Upscale justice digitalisation and the use of artificial intelligence; 
  • Equip justice professionals with relevant skills to address new challenges, including promoting the development of training in professional skills, such as judicial conduct, resilience, unconscious bias, courtroom management, and foreign legal language; 
  • Ensure a broader and more targeted training for all justice professionals.
