The sixth edition of the workshop for EUCP and UNDAC Teams' Team Leaders will be held from 16-19 March 2026 in Barcelona, Spain. This event will provide an opportunity for Team Leaders to exchange and share experiences, fostering a deeper understanding of their respective mandates and roles. The aim is to optimise joint efforts during field missions.

Additionally, the workshop will focus on enhancing key transversal competences essential for successful cooperation in the field, such as intercultural awareness, communication, and leadership skills. Participants will learn how to tailor and apply these skills effectively in various contexts and settings.

Célközönség

The target audience of the workshop are Team Leaders of the EUCP and UNDAC system, nominated respectively by the EU Member/UCPM Participating States and UN OCHA. The workshop will bring together 24 participants, 12 EUCPT Team Leaders and 12 UNDAC Team Leaders.

Tanulási célok

The main objectives of the Workshop are:

To achieve a better understanding of the respective mandates, roles and expectations of the EUCP and UNDAC Teams; and
To build a stronger network among Team Leaders of EUCP and UNDAC Teams to foster effective collaboration in the field.
