Can't finish the B2 course

Hi! I have been having trouble with "My English Course B2" for the last couple of days.

I can't access the final test. The only odd things that stand out are "3. If you choose POD, you choose quality", which is just marked as completed, while all the other ones are completed, and "3. Start a book club", which says that it's done, but is waiting to be graded.

My school demands for the certificate given by completing the final test. What should I do to finally unlock it?

I have the same issue and I still couldn't find any answer. I think it's a general problem with the system maybe.

Yes, I think you're right. I've been exploring the issue and have had to report it to our technical team. Hopefully, they'll be able to resolve it for us soon.

In the meantime, please feel free to enjoy our other courses that go beyond A1-B2.

If you click inside the white, search bar at the top of the page, you can type in a subject to see what courses are offered. You can also click the arrow next to "Explore by topic" to discover the vast menu of options available. See the screenshot below.

Hi! I can't access the final test (My English Course B2). The only odd thing is "Livebetter with locally sourced and artisan products" that is marked as completed. I've also participated in the discussion and shared my favourite local product. Could you help me, please?

As for the final test for the B2, course, unfortunately, there is a technical problem with the platform that our tech team has been working diligently to resolve. We apologize for the inconvenience of this and hope that you'll continue to join in on our other discussions and stay involved in our community.

What are some of your other interests? Did you know that we have a huge selection of courses at the C1 and above level? In the yellow banner at the top of the screen, put your arrow over the words "Explore by topic" to see a menu of a variety of subjects.

Thanks for your answer, Lya. I hope the technical problem will be solved as soon as possible because I'd like to finish My Course B2 a lot. Meanwhile as you suggested I'll "explore" other courses.

Yes, the problem with the B2 course persists and I'm sorry about that. It appears to be a rather complex problem that our technical team is working on solving. Our sincere hope is that they will find a solution and we can update you and all our wonderful English community members soon.

I'm sorry that you're also having difficulties with course B2. I've reported it to our technical team for their assistance. We hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

As for the certificate of completion for the exam, you can take the exam at any time and you can take the exam as often as you wish.

Here are the steps to take the exam and to also download your certificate:

Here is the direct link to the test.

After you finish your test, please follow these instructions to download your certificate:

1. Complete your English Test

2. Click: Start Assessment

3. Scroll down to, “Summary of your previous attempts.”

4. There you should see your finished exam and if you go to the right, you'll see the word, "Review."

5. Click: Review

6. This will bring you back to your exam results.

7. On the right side of the screen, under "Quiz Navigation," Click: Finish Review

8. You will be taken to your Assessment Results.

9. On the right side, you’ll see the rectangle with the words, "English Placement Test Certificate.”

10. Click the three small dots in the upper right corner of the rectangle.

11. Select, “Download.”

The pdf should open in a new window or download directly to your computer.

Please let me know if you are able to find the test and download your certificate. If there are any other questions, don't hesitate to let me know.

I have the same problem. Module 1, 4 and 9 are not signed as completed so I can't do "check your progress".
