There was a videocall on 2nd May and I recibe the email with the information on 3rd May. Could be a solution to this problem? Because I would love to participate in this conferences.

If so, I did notice that the date stamp for the announcement said 3 May in the email digest, but here in the forum the date is indeed the 2 May.
