Greetings!

I have some exciting news to share with you: The Erasmus+ program is expanding its reach! A new destination is being added to the list of the 33 countries currently participating. What's even better is that this new destination is a European-based territory overseas, providing you with a fantastic opportunity to explore the world!

The newest addition to the Erasmus+ program is Adélie Land, also known as Terre Adélie in French. This territory is located in Antarctica and was discovered by French explorer Jules Dumont d'Urville, and is claimed by France. Terre Adélie is famous for its diverse and unique wildlife, including penguins, seals, and seabirds. Additionally, it is a crucial area for scientific research in climate change and glaciology, making it an ideal destination for biology students! If you want to learn more about Terre Adélie, I encourage you to visit the official website of the Terres Australes et Antartiques Francaises by clicking on this link.

I am thrilled about the new Erasmus+ destination, and I hope you are too! Have a wonderful day.

Have a great start to the week!
