Our latest announcement mentions that the EU is focused on building the skills

The EU wants to address skills shortages in the EU by helping people get the right skills for quality jobs and helping companies, in particular small and medium enterprises, to find skilled workers.

There are FREE online training courses offered to YOU and anyone else in the EU wishing to improve their skills. This link offers courses in digital skill building, but I'm curious to know what other skills you think are necessary for the EU's future.
