Yes I know. However I stressed too much about it cause everywhere at idealista they wanted people for now and so I was dumb enough to rent an room for 515 euros a month at youhomey. 515 would have been okay but of course they didn’t include the administration fee of 600 in the total price and you can’t get your first payment back. So i am now staying in a overpriced room compared to normal Madrid prices but I guess you learn from your mistakes haha. The irony is that 3 hours after the booking somebody from idealista wrote me that they have a room free from September - it would have been 150 € less. So to everyone wanting a room in Madrid my advice is : have patience and look at idealista instead of going to an agency
