Dear community members,
Sveiki!
Did you notice that this Sunday might have been a bit longer than usual? There is an explanation for this.
Lithuania recently concluded its transition to standard time as summer time was discontinued over the weekend. Clocks were set back by one hour on Sunday night, and standard time will persist until the end of March next year.
Similar to other European Union member states, Lithuania adheres to the practice of changing time twice a year in accordance with an EU directive.
How does your body react to these changes? Let's talk about this in the Living Abroad forum!
Your,
Gytis
