I have problems with the placement test

Hello, everyone, I started to do the placement test but nothing file, audio or image loads correctly. How can I solve this problem? Thank you.

I've done some troubleshooting and here's what I found:

1. The test can't be accessed from a mobile phone for the moment. I've notified the technical team.

2. The test is accessible by computer browsers FireFox and Chrome. Which browser did you use?

While I was able to access the test and see the questions, there were a few minor formatting issues, so I've reported this as well.

Since the test is functional at this point, can you try it again and let us know how it goes?

I used Chrome but at this moment the placement test loads correctly. Thank you so much for the fast solution, have a great day.
