Avaldasime mõni aeg tagasi nimekirja Eesti filmidest, mis aitavad teil tuju tõsta. Kuna väljas sajab lund ja päevad jäävad lühemaks, võite vaadata seda viimaste Eesti filmide ja saadete loendit, mis ajavad mööda ja õpetavad ka natuke eesti kultuuri ja keelt. See nimekiri sisaldab dramaatilisemaid ja ajaloolisemaid filme, nii et kui otsite meeliülendavamat elamust, sirvige julgelt varem avaldatud nimekirja OLS Eesti ajaveebis.
1. Tõde ja õigus (Tõde ja õigus) 2019
Tõde ja õigus on üks eesti kirjanduse eepilisi romaane, mille autor on Anton Hansen Tammsaare. Kogu Tõe ja õiguse saaga ilmus viies romaanis aastatel 1926–1933. See on tugevalt biograafiline ja sarja esimene romaan on kuulsaim, kuna see keskendub võitlustele, millega Eesti põllumehed silmitsi seisid, ja nende vaidlusi tekitanud suhetele maaga. ja loodust tervikuna.
Kes tahab süveneda selle loo maailma, võib külastada Tammsaare sünnikohta, milleks on Tammsaare talu ehk Vargamäe, nagu seda romaanides nimetatakse.
2. Röövlirahnu Martin (Kass Mat) 2005
Kui otsite koguperekomöödiat, millel on maagiat, on see film teile! Kass Mat on lugu noorest poisist, kes vahetab kooli ja seisab silmitsi probleemidega oma uute klassikaaslastega. Õnneks on tal kõrval sõber, kass, kes aitab tal üksindusest üle saada ja aitab tal uurida mõningaid kummalisi sündmusi tema naabruses. Filmi peaosas on koomik Ott Sepp, kelle kogu filmograafia on täis Eesti kõrgeima reitinguga komöödiafilme, seega soovitan neid kõiki!
3. Eia jõulud Tondikakul (Phantom Owl Forest) 2018
See on ideaalne jõulufilm, mis näitab linnade ja looduse ilu talvisel ajal! Selles pereseiklusfilmis veedab peategelane Eia jõuluvaheaja vanavanemate juures väikeses külas. Varsti hakkab ta nägema enda ümber looduse võlu ja just tema peab päästma metsa hävimise eest. Film sisaldab ka originaalset heliriba ja ansamblikoosseisu.
4. ENSV (Eesti Nõukogude Sotsialistlik Vabariik) 2010-2019
See on nostalgiline Eesti telesari, mis jooksis 12 hooaega aastatel 2010-2019. Saade jälgib ühe perekonna elu läbi Nõukogude Liidu viimase kümnendi. Etendus algab 1982. aasta novembris ja lõpeb Eesti taasiseseisvumisega 20.-21. augustil 1991. Etenduse rekvisiidid, kostüümid ja soengud on kõik väga ajastutruud ja sealjuures jääb väga truuks tegelikele ajaloolistele sündmustele ja hoiakutele. olid sel ajal silmapaistvad. Saade oli kohe edukas ja sellele järgnes kohe spinoff-sari ENsV (Eesti, nüüd siis Vabariik - Estonia, now a Republic).

Estonian movies and shows to watch part II
Some time ago, we published a list of Estonian movies to cheer you up. As it snows outside and the days get shorter, you can turn to this list of recent Estonian movies and shows that can pass the time and teach you a little bit of Estonian culture and language. This list includes more dramatic and historical movies, so if you are looking for a more uplifting experience, feel free to browse the previously published list on the OLS Estonian blog.
1. Tõde ja õigus (Truth and Justice) 2019
Tõde ja õigus (Turth and Justice) is one of the epic novels of Estonian literature, which was written by Anton Hansen Tammsaare. The entire Truth and Justice saga was published in five novels between 1926 and 1933. It is heavily biographical and the first novel in the series is the most famous one, since it focuses on the struggles that Estonian farmers faced and their contentious relationship with the land and nature.
If you want to delve deep into the world of this story, you can visit the birthplace of Tammsaare, which is the Tammsaare farm or Vargamäe as it is called in the novels.
2. Röövlirahnu Martin (Mat the Cat) 2005
If you are looking for a family comedy that has a hint of magic, this is the movie for you! Mat the Cat is a story about a young boy who changes schools and is facing some problems with his new classmates. Luckily, he has his buddy, a cat at his side to help him overcome his loneliness and assist him in investigating some strange occurrences in his neighborhood. The movie stars comedic actor Ott Sepp, whose whole filmography is filled with some of the highest rated comedy movies in Estonia, so they all come highly recommended!
3. Eia jõulud Tondikakul (Phantom Owl Forest) 2018
This is the perfect Christmas movie that shows the beauty of cities and nature during the wintertime! In this family adventure film, the main character Eia spends her Christmas break with her grandparents in a small village. Soon enough, she starts to see the magic of nature all around her, and she is the one that has to save a forest from being destroyed. The film also includes an original soundtrack and an ensemble cast.
4. ENSV (Estonian Soviet Socialist Republic) 2010-2019
This is a nostalgic Estonian TV series which ran for 12 seasons from 2010 until 2019. The show follows the life of one family through the last decade of the Soviet Union. The show begins in November 1982 and finishes with Estonia re-gaining independence on 20/ 21. August 1991. The show props, costumes and hairstyles are all very true to the era and it stays very true to the actual historical events and attitudes that were prominent during that time. The show was an immediate success and was promptly followed by a spinoff series ENsV (Eesti, nüüd siis Vabariik - Estonia, now a republic).
