Hola, cocineros/as. ¿Qué tal? Espero que tengáis hambre porque quiero proponeros un desafío culinario. ¡ÑAM-ÑAM!
Hace un tiempo publicamos el primer videoartículo de la comunidad, en el cual, además de explicaros algunas curiosidades sobre la tortilla de patatas, os enseño a prepararla.
Bien, en primer lugar, os pido que miréis el vídeo. Lo encontraréis AQUÍ.
Tras verlo, os propongo que, cuando tengáis tiempo, preparéis una tortilla de patatas en casa, siguiendo, más o menos, mi receta. De todos modos, no soy un purista, así que sentíos libres de añadir cosas raras a la tortilla o hacer vuestra propia versión.
Una vez que tengáis la tortilla lista, tomadle una foto, publicadla en los comentarios de este tema de discusión y contadnos cómo ha sido vuestra experiencia. Luego, os pondré nota, JEJE.

Some time ago, we published the first video article of the community, in which, besides explaining some curiosities about the tortilla de patatas, I showed you how to prepare it.

After watching it, I suggest that, when you have time, you prepare a tortilla de patatas at home, following more or less my recipe. However, I'm not a purist, so feel free to add strange things to the tortilla or make your own version.
Once you have the tortilla ready, take a photo of it, post it in the comments of this discussion thread, and tell us how your experience was. Then, I'll give you a grade. HEHE.
