Hi there!
April is here, bringing with it a sense of change and new beginnings. After the rainy days of March, we're starting to see signs of spring all around us. It's a time when flowers bloom, birds sing, and the days get a little longer.
With the arrival of April, the French language brings a reminder of seasonal caution. Indeed, in French, we say « En avril, ne te découvre pas d'un fil »
This expression translates to "In April, don't uncover yourself by a thread." This proverbial expression is often used to caution against prematurely shedding winter clothing or assuming that warmer weather is here to stay solely based on the arrival of April. Therefore, go outside and smell the flavors but keep your jacket close ;)
