Welcome to the new platform and thank you for your questions!

OVERVIEW OF OLS

To get an overall view of the platform, please read the general OLS welcome letter and tutorial for learning a language.

To specifically get to know our English Language Community and Resources, you can read our Welcome Letter, Announcements,  and FAQs.  

A fun way to get to know other community members is by reading and replying to forum posts.  

AFTER TAKING THE TEST

To answer you regarding what to do after your test, you can navigate to the Curriculum filter from the English Language Community & Resources page to select the course levels you would like to take.

Please note that in addition to English, you may learn all the other languages offered in OLS and take courses on other subjects offered on the platform. In fact, some of the courses offered may be related to your mobility program. 

EXPLORING THE PLATFORM

Should you spend time on the platform? The answer is Yes! Have fun exploring OLS to take courses, join and create discussion topics in the forums, meet and chat with other participants, join online and in-person events, and much more.

Help the community get to know you better! You may find that you have some things in common with other English language community members. Tell us about yourself, where you’re going, and what you’re doing in your mobility program. 

We’d also love to know how you would like OLS to support you and what would be helpful or interesting for you to do on the platform. All ideas and suggestions are welcome and can be shared here,
 

JOIN ONLINE EVENTS

You’ve arrived at the perfect time because we will have the EU Research & Innovation Days this week!

Join us for this 2-day, online webinar discussing important topics and issues related to you, other OLS participants, and the policies of the European Union. Read this announcement to get a full idea of the event.

By joining, you will have an opportunity to practice your English in live conversations and share your ideas while also meeting other participants in our OLS community. 

A cool bonus is that some courses on our platform are directly related to the themes to be discussed in the EU Research & Innovation Days, like ecology, soil health, and economics – just to name a few. :)
