Ahoj, komunita!
Living with housemates during your Erasmus stay can be fun—but mornings can be chaotic when everyone needs the bathroom at the same time. Have you ever had to wait in line just to take a quick shower before class? Or maybe you’ve already come up with a routine to avoid the rush?
This week’s A1 Slovak module “I get up at 7” focuses on how to talk about your daily routine and agree on a bathroom schedule in Slovak. It’s a fun way to practise useful phrases for everyday life with others.
Here are a few basic phrases you’ll learn:
Vstávam o siedmej. – I get up at seven.
Potrebujem ísť do kúpeľne. – I need to go to the bathroom.
O ôsmej som v škole. – I’m at school at eight.
Urobme rozvrh. – Let’s make a schedule.
What does your typical morning look like? Have you and your housemates found a way to organise your mornings?
You can start the module here and then come back to share your experience in the comments!
