This week, we are focusing on the A1 module "Jeg laver dessert" ("I make dessert"). 
We will practice vocabulary for kitchen tools, measurements, and directions, and you’ll try writing your own short recipe using skal + infinitive to talk about what happens next.  

1. Match the Danish word with the correct English meaning:

2. en ske 

3. et glas 

4. 100 gram 

5. at blande 

6. at bage

b) 100 grams 
c) to bake 
d) a bowl 
e) a glass 
f) to mix 

2. Follow the Recipe 

Read this short recipe and fill in the blanks with the right word: 

Opskrift på frugtsalat (Fruit Salad) 

Tag en ______ (1) og kom jordbær i. 
Tilsæt 2 ______ (2) yoghurt og lidt honning. 
______ (3) det hele godt. 
Server i et lille ______ (4). 

3. Give Directions (Writing) 

In English: Write 3–4 short sentences about how you make your favourite dessert. Use skal + infinitive to describe what happens next. 

Example: 

Først skal jeg tage en skål. 
Så skal jeg blande sukker og smør. 
Til sidst skal jeg bage kagen i ovnen.
