My institution asks me to send them the EU survey that we should receive automatically from the relative platform. I do not receive any emails, and I was wondering if you could help me. :)

Can you clarify what you mean by EU survey? Did you mean the English assessment or the results of your English assessment?
If so, the new OLS platform does not automatically send emails with your results nor invitations to take the assessment.

All members are welcome to take the assessment at any time and as many times as they wish. Please click here to access the English Assessment.
Once you complete the assessment, you may have a copy of your results page by taking a screenshot of the results page. Please note that the screenshot is a temporary solution until the certificate (pdf) button is fixed by our tech team.

1. Go to English Placement Test
2. Click: Start Assessment
3. Scroll down to: Summary of your previous attempts.
4. There you should see your finished exam and if you go to the right, you'll see the word, "Review."
5. Click: Review
6. This will bring you back to your exam results.
7. On the right side of the screen, under "Quiz Navigation," Click: Finish Review
8. You will be taken to your Assessment Results.
9. Once you see your results page, please take a screenshot.
We are aware that for some browsers, it is possible that your full name will not be completely displayed on your results page. If that is the case for you, you're welcome to try using other browsers.

As for receiving emails to stay up to date on the activities in our community, please go to your profile by clicking on your name in the upper, right side of the screen in the yellow bar. Then:
1. Click, "Profile."
2. On the left side of the screen, click "Preferences" and select the frequency and type of emails you would like to receive.
