I eat my first meat at 3 pm. My eating window is 3 pm to 8 pm. I eat lots of protein and fat. I try to avoid carbs as much as possible.

I really love wake up early and have a big breakfast to start my day. Usually my lunch is very hearty as well. At night I often eat something soft such as a sandwich for exemple.

I eat my first meal at 7 AM, I eat my second meal at 10 AM and I take my lunch at 12PM. AT 3 PM I take my first snack of the day and at 5 PM I take my second lunch of the day. AT 8 PM I eat my dinner and finish my meals of the day

I love meat , I can not go a day without eating some, I need a lot of calories to not lose weight even though im lean.

I usually have dinner later at night because of my work schedule. On weekends, I enjoy having breakfast slowly and drinking coffee while I relax at home

That's why weekends are so precious (for those who don't work Saturdays and Sundays). It gives people a chance to relax and take things slowly.

I love having a big breakfast with my family on weekends. We usually prepare many different dishes, from fresh vegetables to warm pastries. Sharing this meal and talking together is the best way to start our Saturday.

I was about to ask you how early you wake up, but I see that you posted another comment later on.
A big breakfast is a fantastic idea! The only drawback is that it takes time to prepare :-)

I always have breakfast, it seems to me the most important meal of the day. I accompany it with a glass of chocolate milk, some fruit, and bread with butter. I love it!

Then it looks like you're taking the healthy option. I always hear that breakfast is possibly the most important meal of the day and I tend to skip it. I shall try and be more like you :-)
One question though...do you ever include coffee or tea?

Well I like to eat breakfast at 8 or 9 am but sometimes I eat breakfast at 2pm because I am not hungry in the morning especially in the summer time when its warm
