I eat my first meat at 3 pm. My eating window is 3 pm to 8 pm. I eat lots of protein and fat. I try to avoid carbs as much as possible.

I really love wake up early and have a big breakfast to start my day. Usually my lunch is very hearty as well. At night I often eat something soft such as a sandwich for exemple.

I prefer having a big dinner with my familiy in the evening. We usually sit together at 8.00 pm to share different dishes and talk about our day. For me, mealtime is the best moment to relax

Normally I start my eating window at 1.30pm. Skip my breakfast most of the time. Try to eat healthy food. But sometimes I eat unhealthy food also...

I eat my first meal at 7 AM, I eat my second meal at 10 AM and I take my lunch at 12PM. AT 3 PM I take my first snack of the day and at 5 PM I take my second lunch of the day. AT 8 PM I eat my dinner and finish my meals of the day
